Small Modern Bathroom - Wall Mounted Vanity

Project Overview

This small (8'x5') bathroom feels much bigger.  Completely gutted and rebuilt (including the sub-floor), a number of unique features make this small bathroom work:

• floor to cieling tiles create a more modern and cleaner look that makes the bathroom cieling feel higher
• abundant lighting (four pot lights) create enough light against the dark tile and create a dramatic shadows.
• a wall-mounted vanity and a recessed medicine cabinet creates more usable space.
• a custom glass shower is key to making the space bigger.

In this photo - The wall mounted vanity is a great idea for a small bathroom. In addition to allowing for a flexible mounting height (the taller home owner wanted it kitchen-counter height) it provides for an open floor space underneath to make cleaning easy while providing for additional storage.
